Southport Leisure, Classes and Gyms complex Victoria Leisure is the latest local business to sign up to offer the Southport Gift Card.
Victoria Leisure, based on the Promenade in Southport, has now joined over 80 shops, restaurants, bars, hotels and attractions in the town which accept the Card.
Victoria Leisure boasts 25,000 square feet of equipment space focused around a Main, Ladies only and dedicated Family Cardio Gym.
All members have unlimited access to three swimming pools and hydrotherapy jets for all those post-workout aches and pains with group exercise classes also included.
People can use Southport Gift Card to pay for one, three, six or 12 month memberships, along with one day passes.

Southport Gift Card was launched by the Southport Business Improvement District (Southport BID) in 2019 as a way of giving a boost to our local economy while encouraging people to spend local.
The card is ready to be spent in high street favourites such as M&S, The Entertainer, Flannels and Sports Direct plus dozens of popular independent favourites such as Volare, Reputation, Tap & Bottles and Over The Moon kids boutique.

Southport BID launched the initiative in order to encourage more people to spend money locally and to help firms recover from the Covid-19 lockdown.

The new scheme works exactly like any other shop gift card scheme. The purchaser can pre-load from £5 up to £500 on a card that they give as a present to colleagues, friends or family members. The card can then be spent just like any other debit card and they can purchase from any venue accepting it and spread their spend across as many venues as they wish.
