NOTICE is hereby given that a general meeting of the Company will be held  on Tuesday 1st December, 2020 at 17:30 via Teams meeting for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, passing the following resolution which will be proposed as a special resolution:

THAT the articles of association. a copy of which is attached to this notice, be adopted as the articles of association of the Company in substitution for the Company’s existing articles of association.
