Last week Max paid a visit to Mind Games on Hill Street.? Owned by Chris Millward and Colin Wilcock, Mind Games is an independent puzzle and jigsaw shop and on the 2nd of July will be celebrating its 6th anniversary doing business in Southport!

Chris and Colin told Max they couldn’t be more pleased with their success.? The good value and great service they provide means this success comes as no surprise.? After meeting each other working at a Lord Street book shop, the two owners became friends and eventually decided to go into business together. The pair started out as traders in Southport market and then moved to their current premises on Hill Street as their customer base grew.? They have now been established there for three years.

“We were drawn to setting up shop in Southport due it’s beautiful architecture and floral displays, as well as a great potential target market.? We are the only jigsaw shop in Southport, and the only independent jigsaw shop in the North”

Mind Games brings a lot to the table, from their online click and collect service to their pre-owned jigsaw exchange scheme, anyone who loves jigsaws should drop in and see what’s on offer.? The pair told Max that their future goals for the business are to improve their online blog and website and increase their already extensive stock variety.
