[fusion_text]Southport BID and Sefton Council are?making a Stage 1 (outline) application for Lottery funding to help grant aid works in Southport Town Centre.

The aim of the grants is to support the BID and Sefton Council?s aims of ensuring that that Southport remains attractive and thriving location that people want to visit. ?If successful, grants will be used to repair buildings and restore heritage features of building on routes linking Lord Street and The Promenade, and to enhance the paving in Scarisbrick Avenue and Waverley Street.

This questionnaire is to give you an opportunity to comment on the importance of heritage to Southport and to get your view about the proposal to make an application for Lottery funding. As local businesses your views are vital. Please take the time to give your thoughts and be an active part of the decisions made for the future of the town. ?The BID will act in consultation with, and on behalf of, the business community at all stages of the application process and in making final decisions on spend should we be successful.
