Our first ever Southport Festival was a huge success!

Footfall calculations show that during the Festival Weekend there was 39,000 people Friday, 59,000 Saturday and 38,000 Sunday in the town centre alone. This was the strongest footfall for the like for like weekend in 5 years!

While the weather clearly helped, data capture has indicated there was a swell of visitors in the Town Centre due directly to the festival. The energy and vibrancy in the Town Centre was superb. Those visitors who came purely for the sunshine left after having had an unexpected, brilliant experience of Southport! ?Below are some photos of the day
